The Right Way to Drink Pickle Juice

 

Ingredients:

2 cups water

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sea salt

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

2 garlic cloves (smashed)

Instructions:

Bring everything to a boil.

Let cool.

Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate.

Use it for drinking, or as a flavorful brine for your own pickled vegetables!
